The new owners of the Holland, Michigan Washington Square Minit Mart have taken a decades-old, worn down building and transformed it into a shining, modern small market to serve a thriving neighborhood. This Gen1 renovation design gives the Minit Mart a quaint, warm feel that harkens back to the general stores of yesteryear with all the amenities of a modern retail store.

Unique sharp angular surfaces define this project located along the Business Corridor of US-31 in Holland.
Originally this building was designed to house Paragon Bank, but was later turned into leased office space.

This building is also located along the Business Corridor of US-31 in Holland. The building is defined by it's sleek, low lines, hip metal roofing and large amounts of glass, flooding all interior spaces with natural lighting.
The building also has a full-size lower level that is built-out for office space.
